Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and industrial automation equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical machine design, assembly design, and manufacturing processes.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs).
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience in machine assembly design, mechanism design, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and motion systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience preparing detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with standard machine elements such as bearings, linear guides, ball screws, gearboxes, and servo systems.
- Ability to work independently from concept design through manufacturing support.
Preferred Experience:
- Industrial automation equipment.
- Material handling systems.
- Packaging or assembly machines.
- Robotic integration (preferred but not mandatory).
Important: Applicants must have direct experience in mechanical design of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs). Candidates with experience limited to plant design, piping design, structural design, or HVAC design will not be considered.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
