Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English and Social Studies lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, phonics, vocabulary, and spoken English.
- Teach basic Social Studies topics such as My Family, Community Helpers, Our Environment, Maps, Festivals, and Culture.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessment materials.
- Use storytelling, role-play, projects, and visual aids to make learning interactive.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
- Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
- Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide student feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Participate in school functions, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc.)
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Primary Section preferred
