About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to support our growing organization. This role involves building, optimizing, and managing marketing funnels, CRM systems, and advanced automations across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is both technical and strategic — someone who understands user journeys, conversion flow, and backend automation logic, and can implement seamless systems that improve efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and forms
- Design and manage advanced workflows and automation sequences (email, SMS, tagging, pipeline movement, lead scoring, etc.)
- Set up and manage CRM systems, pipelines, opportunity stages, and reporting dashboards
- Implement segmentation strategies and lifecycle marketing automation
- Integrate third-party tools and platforms
- Build custom automations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), and API integrations
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and data hygiene
- Troubleshoot automation conflicts and system errors
- Optimize email deliverability and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Maintain documentation of workflows and system architecture
- Collaborate with the team based on ongoing campaigns, launches, and internal operational needs

Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation logic
- Experience with conditional workflows, tagging strategy, and lead scoring
- Ability to connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and deliverability
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to think systemically and prevent automation conflicts
Nice to Have
- Experience with coaching, consulting, or digital product businesses
- Understanding of funnel strategy and CRO
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email customization
- Experience working with cross-platform data syncing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
