Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Real Estate Site Executive to handle client coordination, property visits, sales follow-ups, and routine site activities. The candidate will coordinate with customers and the site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate and assist customers during property/site visits.
- Explain property details and available options to prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Maintain records of enquiries, customer interactions, and site visits.
- Assist in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Visit project sites and monitor routine activities.
- Coordinate with site teams and service personnel.
- Follow up on ongoing work and update management.
- Assist with installation and finishing-related site activities.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed within timelines.
- Report site requirements or issues to the concerned team.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate, sales, field operations, site coordination, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Responsible, organized, and professional approach.
- Basic knowledge of site activities will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Compensation & Work Details
Salary: Up to 20,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based
