Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with statutory requirements, and support business decision-making through timely financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, collections, and vendor account management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
- Review financial data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in accounting software/ERP systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling complete accounts functions independently.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance (where applicable).
- Experience managing a team or accounting operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Timely completion of reconciliations.
- Compliance with statutory requirements.
- Effective management of receivables and payables.
- Reduction of accounting errors and process improvements.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
