Role Overview:The Regional Board Promoter will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between DigiMHADA and the assigned MHADA Regional Board. The individual will work closely with regional board officials to understand local requirements, identify citizen engagement opportunities, support service inclusion within the DigiMHADA application, and execute on-ground promotional and survey activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary SPOC for the assigned MHADA Regional Board
- Coordinate with board officials for content, activities, announcements, and citizen engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with central Digimhada team for content, activities, announcements, and citizen engagement initiatives
- Understand regional board requirements and communicate the same to the central DigiMHADA team
- Identify opportunities for inclusion of regional services and activities within the DigiMHADA application
- Conduct on-ground surveys, citizen interaction drives, and promotional activities
- Collect local data, information, feedback, and updates relevant to the board
- Support content gathering for articles, events, surveys, notices, and regional updates
- Assist in increasing DigiMHADA app awareness, registrations, and engagement
- Coordinate local events, campaigns, and outreach activities at the regional level
- Submit regular reports and activity updates to the central team
- Build strong coordination and communication with regional MHADA staff and stakeholders
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with government officials and citizens
- Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital platforms
- Strong field coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to conduct surveys and engagement activities independently
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in field promotion, coordination, customer engagement, or public interaction preferred
Preferred Qualities:
- Proactive and self-driven
- Comfortable with field activities and travel
- Good local communication skills
- Ability to gather insights and execute activities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
