Role
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, lead the floor team, and ensure excellent guest experience and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor and restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve complaints.
- Coordinate between kitchen, service, bar, and management teams.
- Monitor sales, table turnover, upselling, and service efficiency.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, discipline, and SOP standards.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
- Handle opening/closing and shift responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant restaurant/café experience.
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Customer-focused, disciplined, and hands-on.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of POS, inventory, and restaurant operations.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month, based on experience
