We are looking for an experienced Quilting Operator with 5 years of experience in operating quilting machines. The candidate should be able to handle machine setup, monitor production quality, and ensure smooth operation of the quilting process.
Responsibilities:
- Operate quilting machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor stitching quality and fabric alignment.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure production targets are met.
- Follow quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quilting Operator.
- Knowledge of quilting machine operations and settings.
- Ability to identify and resolve machine issues.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
