Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, accounting processes, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting for our Real Estate & Construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction accounting, project costing, GST, TDS, MIS reporting, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of the company.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and reconciliations.
- Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring for ongoing construction projects.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management review.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and contractor billing verification.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Monitor project expenses, material costing, and profitability analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation related to invoices, taxation, and financial records.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Handle payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and annual audit activities.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Additional experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry will be preferred.

- Good understanding of contractor billing and project costing.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
