INOUT INTERIORS is a fast-growing commercial interior and construction contracting company executing turnkey projects across India, including Corporate Offices, Hospitals, Healthcare Facilities, Laboratories, Retail, Hospitality, and High-rise Commercial Buildings.
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Interior Site Supervisor who is passionate about quality execution and wants to grow into a Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day interior works at site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Interior Finishing
Knowledge of execution of:
False Ceiling
Gypsum Works
Carpentry & Modular Furniture
Laminate & Veneer
Glass & Aluminium
Painting & Polish
Tile & Stone Flooring
Modular Partitions
Hardware Installation
Final Snag Rectification
Coordination
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP teams.
Ensure smooth workflow without delays.
Quality Control
Maintain INOUT quality standards.
Identify defects before client inspection.
Monitor finishing details and workmanship.
Material Management
Check material received at site.
Monitor material consumption.
Prevent wastage.
Labour Management
Daily labour allocation.
Monitor productivity.
Ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Safety
Ensure basic safety practices at site.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness.
Reporting
Submit Daily Progress Report (DPR).
Update labour strength.
Report material requirements.
Highlight site issues and delays.
Upload daily site photographs.
Required Skills:
2–3 Years of Commercial Interior Site Experience
Ability to read Interior Drawings
Knowledge of Finishing Standards
Good Communication Skills
Labour Handling
Client Coordination
Problem Solving
Basic Knowledge of MS Excel & WhatsApp Reporting
Preferred Experience
Candidates having experience in:
Corporate Offices
Hospitals
Laboratories
Retail Stores
Hospitality Projects
Commercial Fit-outs
will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% Daily DPR submission before EOD.
Weekly work completed as per project schedule.
Minimum material wastage.
Quality issues identified proactively.
Timely snag closure.
Zero rework due to supervisor negligence.
Good labour productivity.
Positive feedback from Project Manager.
