Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chocolatier to join our team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and create handmade chocolates, filings and confectionery products.
Temper chocolate and work with different types of chocolate coatings and fillings.
Develop new chocolate flavors, seasonal collections, and presentation ideas.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all products.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen/work area.
Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Operate and maintain chocolate-making equipment.
Package and decorate products attractively for retail or gifting.
Follow recipes and production schedules efficiently.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of chocolate tempering and confectionery techniques.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Culinary or pastry certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,389.57 per month
