About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team for MP Birla Perfect Plus Putty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the building materials sector, specifically focusing on paints, wall putty, or hardware items. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our dealer network, and strengthening our market presence in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on market expansion by identifying and onboarding new dealers, distributors, and hardware stores in and around the Lucknow area to widen our product reach. You are expected to consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MP Birla Perfect Plus Putty.A significant part of your role involves relationship management. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, contractors, painters, and builders to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business. Additionally, you will gather market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, providing actionable feedback to the management team.To generate demand at the grassroots level, you will organize and conduct promotional activities such as painter meets, contractor awareness programs, and product demonstrations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate daily sales reports, journey plans, and customer interaction logs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the Paint, Wall Putty, or Hardware industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Fluency in Hindi and English.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for daily market visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
