Responsibility:
* Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
* Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and referrals.
* Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Requirements:
* Pursuing or graduate students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for HR and recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
