Primary Responsibilities:
Working with our field sales teams, the primary focus of our Inside Sales Representative is to generate qualified customer leads and mature those in to Opportunities that the sales teams can take to closure.
Uses multiple lead-generation tools such as e-mail, Twitter, and Linked In and the phone no. to generate potential sales opportunities.
Meets a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly goals and generating qualified leads that ultimately convert to booked pipeline revenue.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Update CRM with all activities in near-real time basis
Mandatory Skills
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
An exceptional listener with excellent time management
Excellent Verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and competitive, but also a team player.
Good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity are also essential.
Metric oriented – make a specific number of calls each day and create a certain number of new opportunities month.
Good at inculcating and nurturing relationships
International inside sales experience in BFSI vertical will be preferred
Expert in using CRM Deployment plan for the resource post project completion
Mandatory Qualifications
Participates in ongoing sales, business and technical training courses to increase overall awareness of JMR’s solutions and go-to-market strategies. This includes written tests and verbal presentations that measure sales competency and messaging ability.
