Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, material handling, and stock control activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse/store procedures and experience in maintaining inventory records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store and warehouse operations efficiently
- Maintain proper inward and outward material records
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials
- Handle inventory management, stock verification, and reconciliation
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Maintain ERP/software entries related to store activities
- Follow safety and quality standards in store operations
- Conduct physical stock audits periodically
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
- Familiarity with ERP/software for stock handling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage store documentation and reporting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Store Executive in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, herbal, or nutraceutical industry preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
