About the Role:
Are you a reliable driver who loves being on the move and working independently? Join a fast-growing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution network! We deliver daily essential food, beverage, and household brands to local retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Route Execution: Safely operate a company delivery vehicle to transport consumer goods to retail accounts along a structured daily local route.
- Loading & Unloading: Verify inventory accuracy while loading the truck each morning. Safely unload products at retail locations.
- Order Verification: Carefully cross-check physical inventory against customer invoices during delivery to ensure 100% accuracy and zero shortages.
- Customer Service: Build strong rapport with store managers and receiving staff through polite, prompt, and professional interactions.
- Payment Collection: Securely process payments for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) clients, handle check handovers, and collect electronic delivery confirmations via tablet.
- Safety Compliance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional commercial driving, route sales, or box truck delivery experience (FMCG, food, or beverage distribution is a major plus).
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 consecutive years.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to consistently lift, push, and stack product boxes weighing up to 12kg throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift.
- Tech Literacy: Experience utilizing GPS navigation, smartphones, or mobile delivery tracking apps.
- Availability: Must be available to work from 7:30 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and half day on Sundays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
