Role Summary
The Senior Project Scheduler / Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules for pharmaceutical engineering and construction projects. The role requires coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, CQV, and client teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are effectively tracked and managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery schedules.
- Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
- Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone tracking reports.
- Support delay analysis and schedule mitigation planning.
- Participate in weekly and monthly project review meetings.
- Generate schedule dashboards and progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure schedule compliance with project execution plans and reporting standards.
- Hands on experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling software
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling.
- Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project lifecycle.
- Experience in pharmaceutical engineering or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV workflows.
- Ability to perform critical path and schedule impact analysis.
- Familiarity with resource loading and progress measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Primavera P6 certification preferred.
Soft Skills & Communication
- Excellent English speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to independently conduct schedule review meetings.
- Comfortable working with US-based project teams in EST time zones.
