DataGrid Labs Pvt. Ltd., based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, is a growing organization with a team of 50+ professionals. The company operates as the Indian back-office support center for UAE-based entities specializing in fire safety and marine safety solutions.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in accounting, and the ability to support strategic financial planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Analysis
- Perform inter-company reconciliations
- Analyze Profit & Loss statements and financial trends
- Review Balance Sheet data for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct cost analysis to support decision-making
- Monitor Budget vs. Actual performance
Compliance & Taxation
- Prepare and file VAT returns
- Ensure timely tax payments and compliance
- Maintain all statutory and tax documentation
Audit & Reporting
- Coordinate with auditors and support audits
- Prepare financial reports and audit schedules
- Address audit queries
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP)
- Maintain provisions (including gratuity)
- Strengthen internal controls
- Lead and manage the finance team
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance
- At least 3–4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
- Experience with VAT and statutory requirements
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Kunnamkulam
