Technical Sales Executive/Estimation Engineer
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site (Thane)
Must-Haves for This Role
Education: Bachelors/Masters/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the Lithium-ion battery or Hydrogen product industry.
Freshers: Strong communication, analytical and calculation skills.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Lithium-ion batteries, BMS, renewable energy and hydrogen tech.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Candidate preferred location: Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. (15 to 30 days max)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, lead nurturing, negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations in the office and occasionally at client sites.
- Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical blueprints and/or tender documents.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and deliver technical presentations.
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets.
Expectation:
- Core Objective: Meeting or exceeding the allocated quarterly revenue target through new business.
- Consultative Role: Focus on diagnosing the client's underlying problem rather than just selling a product.
- Expert Authority: Act as the recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the field.
- Process Ownership: Manage the entire client journey from initial lead identification through final contract closure.
