Yeti is looking for a Customer Success Intern who can help customers understand, set up, and actively use our platform. The goal is to make sure customers don’t just buy Yeti, they actually use it and get results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers after signup or purchase.
- Understand each customer’s business and use case.
- Help customers set up WhatsApp automation, chatbots, CRM, campaigns, lead capture, and integrations.
- Explain Yeti’s features in simple, non-technical language.
- Follow up with inactive or confused customers.
- Collect product feedback and share it with founders/product team.
- Identify customers who may churn and help retain them.
- Collect testimonials, reviews, and case study opportunities.
- Create simple help notes, FAQs, or tutorial content when needed.
- Create and maintain relationships with existing and new users.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in SaaS customer success, customer support, sales support, onboarding, or account management.
- Experience working with business owners, agencies, e-commerce brands, real estate, education, service businesses, or retail clients.
- Understanding of WhatsApp Business API, Meta tools, CRM, automation, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM tools, ticketing tools, or task management tools.
- Comfortable conducting product demos and onboarding calls.
