We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive – Outbound to support our sales and marketing efforts through outbound activities such as lead generation campaigns, and follow-ups. The role involves identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Follow up leads via calls and messages
- Maintain call and lead details in CRM
