Job Summary
Indian Innovatix Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and manufacturing activities.
- Prepare and implement production plans as per customer requirements.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and process performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
- Minimize production downtime, wastage, and operational costs.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, etc.).
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machines and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production management.
- Experience in safety products or engineering manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting.
