Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and provide technical support.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar installations.
- Coordinate with project teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare service reports, installation documentation, and technical records.
- Support customers by addressing technical queries and providing system guidance.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
- Travel to project locations as required for inspections, support, and service activities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in solar energy, electrical systems, or field technical support is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring, power systems, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and nearby project locations.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
