F&B Associate
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant or café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organized.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions responsibly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant or outlet.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, or hotel service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
