About the Role
Elixir Network Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling B2B customers, preparing quotations, managing follow-ups, and converting leads received through IndiaMART, company website, email, WhatsApp, referrals, and other digital lead generation platforms.
The role is office-based and focuses on building strong customer relationships through telephonic and online communication while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries received through IndiaMART, company website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, referrals, and other lead generation platforms.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and qualify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Promote and sell Server Racks, Network Racks, Wall Mount Racks, Floor Standing Racks, Network Cabinets, CAT6/CAT6A Cables, Patch Panels, PDUs, Cable Management Accessories, and other networking infrastructure products.
- Prepare and share techno-commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and coordinate with customers until order confirmation.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines to maximize order conversion.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely execution of confirmed orders.
- Maintain complete customer records, quotations, follow-up history, and sales pipeline in CRM or company records.
- Reconnect with existing customers to generate repeat business and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer emails, calls, and inquiries while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, quotation conversion targets, and customer engagement goals.
- Keep track of customer requirements, market feedback, and competitor activities, and share insights with the management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales Support, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and close business over phone, email, and online communication.
- Good understanding of Server Racks, Network Racks, Structured Cabling, CAT6/CAT6A Cables, Patch Panels, Data Center Infrastructure, or related networking products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, system integrators, networking solution providers, IT hardware companies, structured cabling companies, or B2B industrial product companies will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Any Graduate with relevant Inside Sales or B2B Sales experience.
