Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
- Prepare and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Identify, log, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Re-test fixed issues and verify bug closures
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior QA engineers
- Report test results and maintain test documentation
- Follow QA processes and quality standards
- Participate in review meetings and daily stand-up
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts
- Familiarity with defect life cycle
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
