Desi Sandook (desisandook.in) is a fast-growing Indian ethnic wear brand for Gen-X based out of Gurgaon. Sandook was conceptualized with a mission to go whereby repositioning traditional Indian wear by blending rich Indian prints (Ajrakhs, Kalamkari, Dabu, Pichwai) and arts (Mirrors, Kantha, Applique) with a modern and contemporary design language
We have a vibrant Facebook and Instagram Community of over 2L followers. Till date we have served over 1 Lac customers across 500 cities in India.
We are looking for a proactive and fashion-aware B2B / Boutique Sales Executive to help expand our wholesale and boutique network across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out daily to boutiques, resellers, and online fashion labels across India
- Generate and close B2B orders through WhatsApp, calls, and video meetings
- Share new launches, catalogs, styling videos, and stock updates with buyers
- Manage and grow WhatsApp communities/broadcast groups for retailers
- Ensure regular follow-ups and relationship management with existing buyers
- Understand market trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and seasonal demand
- Coordinate internally with inventory and operations teams for order execution
- Track buyer feedback, fast-moving styles, and repeat opportunities
- Help build a scalable wholesale and boutique sales channel for the brand
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in fashion sales, boutique sales, wholesale apparel sales, or ethnic wear industry
- Good understanding of women’s ethnic wear, fabrics, prints, and fashion trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, video calls
- Hindi fluency is mandatory; basic English communication preferred
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
