About the Role
We are a fast-growing startup in Coimbatore looking for ambitious, self-driven Field Sales & Marketing Associates. If you love being on the field, meeting new people, and want a job where your hard work directly determines your income, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for selling high-quality microfiber cloths directly to retail stores across Coimbatore.
Earnings & Commission Structure
- Type: Purely Commission-Based (Earn per piece sold).
- Income Potential: Unlimited.
- The Math: A motivated executive can easily sell anywhere from 100 to 300+ pieces a day. The harder you work, the more handsome your daily/monthly take-home pay will be!
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, automotive shops, and general merchants across Coimbatore.
- Pitch and demonstrate the benefits of our premium microfiber cloths to store owners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers to secure repeat bulk orders.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets to maximize your own commissions.
Requirements
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome!
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a "never-give-up" attitude.
- Must-Have: A two-wheeler and a smartphone for field travel.
- Traits: Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to hustle.
