Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
About the Role
Digi Maniac is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content strategies.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and other social media content.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging social media formats.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and online reach.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze insights and optimize content based on performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
- Assist with Meta Ads and social media campaigns when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and knowledge of current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Good planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to create engaging captions and content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools is a plus.
Education
- Graduate or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in social media/digital marketing will be an advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Freshers with strong social media knowledge and creative skills can also apply.
