- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate organizational goals, policies, and updates.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.
