Project Manager — Ranchi, Jharkhand
Join our growing team as a results-driven Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Ranchi. You will lead project planning, execution, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and delivery from mobilization through handover.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors and site teams to drive alignment.
- Manage contracts, subcontractors, procurement, and vendor performance.
- Control project costs, produce budget reports and analyse variances.
- Implement quality assurance, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage the project team; plan resource allocation.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in project management with site exposure (residential/commercial/infrastructure).
- Strong understanding of contract administration, billing and site operations.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD/BIM and project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
- Excellent communication, client-facing and leadership skills.
- Based in Ranchi or willing to do regular site visits in Jharkhand.
