Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar (Work from office)
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance processes, executing test cases, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with development and management teams to identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual software testing for web and mobile applications (minimum 3 years of experience).

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.

Identify, document, and track software defects, working with developers to resolve issues.

Execute SQL queries and work with databases to validate test results.

Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of testing processes.

Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the Team Lead.

Maintain strong client communication, ensuring clear updates on quality metrics and testing progress.

Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
