Job Responsibilities
- Generate sales for building and construction materials by identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, cement, steel, tiles, plywood, sanitaryware, paints, or related products.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
