Thermopack Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing machinery and utilities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, machine maintenance, pneumatic systems, and industrial heaters, with a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and minimizing downtime.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain electrical documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
Machine Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of thermoforming, extrusion, and other production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate machine overhauls, repairs, and upgrades.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend critical spares.
Pneumatic Systems
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits, valves, cylinders, FRLs, compressors, and related components.
- Identify and rectify air leakages and system inefficiencies.
- Ensure optimal performance of pneumatic systems across production lines.
Industrial Heaters & Temperature Control Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot cartridge heaters, band heaters, ceramic heaters, infrared heaters, and temperature controllers.
- Monitor heating systems to ensure accurate temperature control and efficient operation.
- Replace defective heating elements and associated components as required.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Reduce machine downtime through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Train operators on basic maintenance practices and machine care.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
