Job Purpose
The Contractor Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, identifying potential contractors for training and development programs, and enhancing their engagement with the company. The role involves acting as a single point of contact for contractor support, training, site evaluations, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet contractors regularly and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Profile, maintain, and update contractor records within the assigned territory.
- Identify and enroll contractors for training and professional development programs.
- Evaluate contractors' on-site proficiency and performance.
- Promote and increase business engagement between contractors and the company.
- Introduce and educate contractors on new products and ensure product adoption.
- Provide on-site technical support and site evaluations whenever required.
- Ensure contractors meet mandatory compliance and performance requirements.
- Support contractors in upgrading their status within the contractor tier hierarchy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor queries and assistance.
- Coordinate with Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and retail team members for effective execution of activities.
- Facilitate communication between the company and contractors regarding site upgrades and evaluations.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of contractor engagement activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, contractor management, customer relationship management, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Additional Requirements
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Own Two-Wheeler is Mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in the paints, construction materials, building products, or allied industries will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
