Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interaction from lead generation to post sales handover
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain project details, amenities, and location benefits to clients.
- Record customer details and update the database
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow up with customer’s post-visit.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth site experience.
- Manage customer queries with a polite and professional approach.
- Maintain High customer satisfaction and long term relationship.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
