Real Global Marketing (RGM) is a Wyoming, USA-based digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide grow through SEO, PPC, AI automation, branding, and custom web development. We're looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom-coded websites and web applications from concept to deployment.
- Build responsive, high-performance, and SEO-friendly websites using modern development frameworks.
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar platforms) to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency while maintaining high coding standards.
- Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, and automation tools.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing client websites.
- Develop custom dashboards, portals, web applications, and internal tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, scalability, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with the SEO, PPC, and Design teams to implement technical improvements and new features.
- Manage hosting environments, server configurations, databases, SSL certificates, domains, and deployments.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure websites follow industry best practices for security, maintainability, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience building and maintaining fully custom-coded websites (not just page builders or templates).
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Experience working with Linux servers, VPS hosting, cPanel, Cloudflare, DNS management, and website deployments.
- Knowledge of website security, performance optimization, caching, and server management.
- Experience with WordPress (custom development), Shopify, or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software development, code reviews, debugging, documentation, and workflow automation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

- Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
- Night Shift Only
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)
