Job Summary
Qualification –
Graduate - Must
Post-Graduate / Professional Preferable. (In business management domain).
Experience of 3 to 5+ years in Dynamics domain of Retail & POS & Supply Chain Management
Extensive / Reasonable experience in implementations & Support
Retail and POS,
SCM.
E-Commerce.
Awareness / knowledge of Power BI an added advantage.
In implementation, preferably 3 + end-to-end implementations.
Experience / Exposure in SCM modules –
Procurement, Inventory management, Sales & Marketing, Product information management.
Warehouse management, Supplier collaboration.
Exposure to Configuration, set up will be an added advantage.
Must be capable of doing documentation viz. FDD, SDD, Change request etc.
Must be capable of correlating the business process & activities between interfaces.
Knowledge / awareness of Finance is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills & team player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers.
