- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and resource management using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Primavera P6 with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for project planning and execution.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Primavera P6 implementations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera P6.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
