Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative artificial intelligence models into projects, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to enhance existing systems.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Ensure the quality and scalability of AI applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to natural language understanding and generation.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for AI development, such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms offering AI services and the ability to integrate these into application pipelines.
- Understanding of model deployment strategies and maintaining production-level AI systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing to support NLP model training.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
