Online Bidder – Job Description
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant & proven experience
Location: Kolkata
We are looking for an experienced Online Bidder who can identify new business opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and manage the complete bidding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and qualify projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids.
- Communicate with clients and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical/team members to prepare accurate proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of bids and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly bidding and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in online bidding/business development, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT services and software development projects.
- Experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, etc. will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and good at client handling.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
