Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support the accounting and financial operations of the factory. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing vendor payments, monitoring factory-related expenses, and assisting with statutory compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems.
- Process purchase invoices, vendor bills, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance.
- Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.
Factory Accounts & Inventory
- Maintain records of raw material purchases and consumption.
- Monitor inventory transactions and coordinate with the Stores department.
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
- Assist in stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Track factory operational expenses and prepare expense reports.
- Support cost analysis and production-related accounting activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Prime/ERP software.
- Understanding of inventory accounting and factory operations.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
