Job Description: Social Media & Marketing - Executive

Job Purpose
To support the brand’s marketing and creative efforts by managing social media content, assisting in print media design, and contributing to marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Create and schedule posts, reels, and stories aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
Write basic captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.
Shoot and edit photos/videos of showroom displays, fabrics, wallpapers, installations, and behind-the-scenes activities.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as guided.
Designing – Print & Digital
Design creatives for print media such as flyers, brochures, posters, standees, invitations, certificates, and in-store signage.
Create digital creatives for social media, WhatsApp marketing, and emailers.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines (fonts, colors, logo usage).
Coordinate with printers and vendors for basic print requirements when needed.
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and showroom events.
Help with influencer collaborations, content coordination, and campaign follow-ups.
Conduct basic competitor and trend research in the home décor and interiors space.
Maintain content calendars, creative folders, and marketing documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Pursuing or completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Media, Marketing, or related fields.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (any one required).
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing basics.
Good visual sense, layout understanding, and attention to detail.
Basic copywriting and communication skills.
Languages: English, Hindi ,Marathi.
Other Requirements:
Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable coordinating with different teams and vendors.
Exposure to a premium home furnishing and interiors brand.
