Salary
- In-hand Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹13,000 per month
- Additional performance-based incentives available
Job Responsibilities
- Provide financial and life insurance advice to customers
- Explain PNB MetLife insurance products (Savings, Protection, Retirement plans)
- Acquire new customers and manage existing client relationships
- Assist customers with documentation and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 pass (Graduates preferred)
- Age: 18 years and above
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Bengali – any)
- Sales or finance background is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
- Must have a smartphone and basic digital knowledge
