1. Site Execution & Supervision
Oversee complete signage installation at client sites: LED sign boards, ACP cladding, acrylic/SS letters, reception signage, concept wallsEnsure timely project completion as per drawings, BOQ, and client requirementsCoordinate with fabrication team, vendors, and labor for smooth execution
2. Project Management
Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and share site reportsRead and understand signage drawings, elevation, and installation layoutsManage material dispatch, logistics, and ensure tools/equipment are available on site
3. Quality & Safety
Ensure quality standards and finish as per Batra Sign Studio guidelinesEnforce safety protocols for working at height, electrical connections, and fabrication workFinal handover to client with snag list closure
4. Client Coordination
Be the main point of contact at site for client queries and approvalsTake site photos/videos and share daily progress updates with office teamResolve on-site issues and manage client expectations professionally
5. Team & Vendor ManagementSupervise installation team, carpenters, welders, electricians on siteCoordinate with external vendors for crane, lift, fabrication support
Key Skills Required
Experience in signage, branding, ACP, LED, or fabrication industryKnowledge of materials: ACP, Acrylic, SS, LED modules, vinyl, CNC cuttingAbility to read technical drawings and site plansGood communication and client handling skillsWilling to travel and manage multiple sites
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
