Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple paid channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns to drive measurable business outcomes such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify target audiences, channels, and budget allocation
Plan full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
2. Paid Media Management
Manage campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Other platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc. if needed)
Handle campaign setup, A/B testing, and scaling
3. Tracking & Analytics
Implement and manage:
Meta Pixel
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion tracking & events
Use UTM parameters for accurate campaign tracking
Ensure proper lead/data flow to CRM or LMS systems (e.g., Hyperlocal dashboards)
4. Optimization & Performance Improvement
Monitor KPIs: CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance
Identify underperforming areas and fix bottlenecks
5. Creative & Funnel Collaboration
Work closely with designers & content teams
Suggest high-performing ad creatives, copies, and hooks
Optimize landing pages for conversion (CRO)
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign data and generate insights
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
7. Budget Management
Allocate and manage budgets efficiently across platforms
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROI
8. Lead Management & Integration
Ensure seamless lead flow from ads to CRM/LMS
Work with tools like:
Instant Forms (Meta)
Landing pages
API integrations / Zapier / Webhooks
Maintain lead quality and reduce CPL
9. Experimentation & Growth
Run experiments (audience, creatives, funnels)
Explore new channels and growth opportunities
Stay updated with latest trends and algorithm changes
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Hands-on experience with Pixel, GTM, UTM tracking
Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Understanding of funnels & conversion optimization
Basic knowledge of landing pages & CRM integrations
Preferred Skills:
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make)
Experience in lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
