Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sana Commerce Consultant / Technical Expert with 7–8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Sana Commerce.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Sana Commerce migration projects, including application development, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
The candidate will be responsible for owning complex application modules, integrations, enhancements, migration activities, and technical implementation while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support of applications across assigned technology platforms.
- Take ownership of complex application modules, integrations, workflows, enhancements, and platform-specific development activities.
- Work on Sana Commerce implementation and migration projects from requirement analysis through deployment and production support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, development tasks, configurations, and implementation plans.
- Perform detailed impact analysis across applications, databases, configurations, integrations, and security before implementing changes.
- Design and develop scalable application features, custom modules, workflows, APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
- Support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Perform data migration activities, data validation, mapping, transformation, and reconciliation as required.
- Develop clean, reusable, secure, maintainable, and efficient code/configurations following platform best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance problems, production defects, deployment failures, integration errors, and user-reported issues.
- Perform unit testing, application testing, defect resolution, release validation, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews, configuration reviews, technical walkthroughs, and quality improvement activities.
- Work with databases, schemas, tables, queries, data relationships, and application data structures.
- Support custom application development, platform enhancements, automation, and enterprise application implementations.
- Collaborate with technical leads, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, version control, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, deployment notes, release notes, user guides, and project artifacts.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on platform development, integrations, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Identify technical risks, performance issues, quality gaps, and opportunities for process and application improvement.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with customer and platform requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on Sana Commerce technical experience
- Experience working on Sana Commerce migration projects is mandatory
- 7–8 years of experience in software/application development, configuration, integration, or technology implementation
- Strong experience with application development and platform configuration
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services, and API integrations
- Experience with data migration, data validation, and impact analysis
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and production support
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- MCA is also acceptable.
- Sana Commerce/platform-specific certifications are preferred.
- ITIL Foundation, cloud certifications, or application development certifications are an advantage.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
