Open Positions
1. Cost Auditors
Responsibilities:
Conduct cost audits and analyze cost structures
Evaluate cost efficiency and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards
Prepare audit reports and documentation
Requirements:
Qualified/Partially qualified Cost Accountant (CMA)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in manufacturing or cost-intensive industries preferred
2. Junior Accountant
Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting entries and records
Assist in accounts payable/receivable processes
Support in bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting
Work on data entry and MIS reports
Requirements:
B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
3. Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounting operations
Prepare financial statements and reports
Manage taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and compliance
Supervise junior accounting staff
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
B.Com (mandatory), additional certifications preferred
Strong expertise in accounting and Excel
4+ years of relevant experience
Leadership and problem-solving skills
4. Internal Auditors
Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
Evaluate internal controls and compliance processes
Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
Prepare audit reports and present findings
Requirements:
CA / Inter CA / relevant qualification
Experience in internal audit or risk management
Strong analytical and documentation skills
