Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business).
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts.
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content optimization.
- Run and monitor Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for GST, Income Tax, Company Registration, Audit, and Accounting services.
- Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Content writing and copywriting.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Google Gemini.
- Experience in lead generation and marketing automation.

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Website traffic growth.
- Social media engagement and follower growth.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Search engine ranking improvements.
- Campaign conversion rates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
