Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Civil & Mechanical projects, government tendering, and industrial project bidding. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in tender preparation, submission, registration processes, and securing government & industrial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Civil & Mechanical industrial projects
- Monitor and evaluate Government & Private Tenders
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, technical & commercial bids
- Handle GeM portal, e-procurement portals, and government registration processes
- Coordinate with estimation, technical, and finance teams for bid submission
- Develop relationships with government departments, PSUs, and private clients
- Maintain database of tenders, bidding status, and project pipelines
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Business Development & Tendering
- Strong knowledge of Government Tender procedures & Industrial Project bidding
- Experience with GeM, CPPP, State Tender Portals, and PSU registrations
- Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, costing, and contract terms
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple bids under strict deadlines
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in handling EPC / Industrial / Infrastructure Projects
- Knowledge of vendor registration processes with government bodies
- Strong network in government & industrial sectors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
